INCREASE IN UK POSTAGE CHARGES

Can somebody please enlighten me as to why I'm unable or not allowed to increase my UK postage charge from £3.49 to £3.69 on an ad, the ad tells me that i can only charge up to £3.50.  Has anybody else had this problem and do they know what the solution is?

In some categories the postage cost is capped.

The only workaround i know is to add the difference to the start price/buy it now price.

Large letter prices have gone down by 20p so that's good for up to 250g items

As for Royal Mail in general

they like eBay have loads of good competition now 

they're big fail was making it such that it cost the same  to post a 60g thimble as a pair of 1.9kg boots because the thimble when packed was more than 2.5cms so couldn't go as large letter

Yeah exactly, I sold a job lot of games had to lose around 3 quid in postage. But RM new prices are a disgrace. Privation for you, thank the Tories.
