I have a parcel to send it only weights about 5kg & 90cm long so I selected 10kg and evri courier on simple delivery but the post office refuses to take it. I was led to believe on here incorrectly that they would.
To make matters worse it won't fit the largest courier locker at the local shop and there seems to be no way to change the SD label which the buyer paid for. I think I will have to cancel yet another order on eBay because another label I bought on eBay was not SD but the yodel courier still refused to take that parcel due to being too long about a month ago & that parcel only weighed 1kg.
Why oh why is it called it simple delivery is anything but and they are also not only causing me to loose sales but wasting my time & annoying the buyers
Whoever is in change of this SD I order you to fix this because we are customers of eBay (I'm a buyer too) & we are always right 7 I KNOW I'm right about this.
I know what you may say 'convert to a business account' Oh yes pay 35p for 270+ listings but I cannot afford that & are selling very poorly and are personal items anyway.
If something isn't done I will complain directly to the CEO of Ebay
