How do I get a refund for a postage label ?

Hi. How do I get a refund for a postage label. I've found a link "manage postage labels" but it goes to a dead page?

Using a browser see if this page helps.

Look under actions next to the item you bought the label for.

If it's applicable there should be the void label option.

For me it just shows RM labels as I don't use packlink.

However there should be a link at the top of the page to go to packlink labels if that's what you used.

Thank you. The link  doesn't work for me for some reason. I  get this. "Well this is embarrassing"

 

Though I have now chatted with an eBay agent and been assured I'll get a refund on the next invoice.
