GLOBAL SHIPPING NOT SHOWING CALCULATED COSTS

I have been aware of this problem for nearly 3 weeks now, have raised it twice and it is still not fixed.

When you select postage and change the country in the drop down box, it is NOT showing the global shipping cost, instead it just says " CHECK ITEM DESCRIPTION OR CONTACT SELLER " .

This has drastically affected our sales and new watchers.

From checking other peoples listings, this seems to be a problem affecting private sellers only since 4th Feb which coincidentally was when eBay made the changes to the buyer protection fee. 

I was told today that I was the only person to have raised it which is clearly incorrect from looking at the forum so I would urge everyone to check and raise this if they see the same issue.

If people are looking at your items through their own country's version of eBay or essentially anywhere else but eBay UK, the GSP cost is shown - something which you think the eBay reps in the community chat would be aware of. 

But yes, it continues to be an issue for me too.
