Evri postage refund

How do I get a refund from Ebay because I used Royal Mail instead.

They seem to just take the postage charge from my account. I used Royal Mail because the postage via Evri wouldn't cover what I posted.

I don't trust EVRI anyway. I've heard so many horror stories about them.

Why do they insist on taking money without asking. How can I avoid this in future?

Go into postage preferences and switch EVRI to off and then it will only deal with RM.

Your recent sales had eBay Simple Delivery,if the label is not used a refund is actioned within 30 days

Thank you. Thats very useful. Don't suppose theres any chance of a refund
for postage I didn't use.
