Evri poor service and communication.

Evri seem to think that they can hide to avoid speaking to the customer. I am trying to chase a parcel, but I have had no reply to my concern . 2 days ago.  My parcel has not moved to 48 hours. It  is a bookcase , a little hard to mislay , even for them. The seller thinks I have to chase it not them ! 
I will be sending it back if it does not arrive tomorrow. 
ebay rethink the use of a single courier , there is no incentive for them to get it right as WE HAVE NO CHOICE !  I have only one drop off  the Post Office open 10-2 this week ! They have reduced the drop off points including 24/7 lockers and a late open shop . Reduce your outlets and you will reduce the amount of business you get  Evri  ! Wake up…..
