Evri is a joke. They do not care where or how they deliver.

I mailed a package to a buyer which was delivered to him by Evri.  The buyer claims that he found his package under his bush. It was open and the contents were missing. I know that the Royal Mail only leave packages that are tracked, or have to be signed for, have to be handed over in person.  I have left the matter in the hands of Ebay. But I am not happy that I could be without the items and no money. Which amouts to; £249. Which, by the way, I was going to sell a couple of more items to help buy a ticket to America to see some friends whilst I can still make it there at my age. To say that I am upset, is an understatement.  Now I do not know what to do about selling any more items. I will have to sit and think about the options.

It appears EVRI (formerly Hermes) are above the law. Just don't use them as a courier and refuse to buy if the seller uses them.

I regularly see EVRI couriers dropping parcels in front of the main entrance of a council estate! I mean, how long do you think the parcel will stay there?

On this account?

I see a sold Gaugemaster and a Brighton Belle. Both look to have Simple Delivery.

Did you use the Simple Delivery labels provided? If so see https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/simple-delivery?id=5575#se...
