I posted an order using Evri on 24th February but instead of delivering it to the recipient they posted it back to me.
There wasn't even any message from them as to why this happened. I spent 3 days waiting for their reply.
I had to pay again out of my own pocket for royal mail to deliver it.
I contacted them through the Resolver service to ask them for a refund of the original postage cost however they have refused this and told me to contact eBay about it.
Thing is I can't find any way to contact eBay customer service regarding this issue.
Are there any suggestions please.
