Hi Everyone I've had a parcel go Missing At Evir's Main sorting Hub. my parcel that i sent though Ebays Simple delivery with tracking shows its been stuck there for weeks. i have been in contact with the buyer and informing him about whats going on. So last week i told him to open a dispute saying item not received. So i could refund him (Ebay have the payment on hold btw) Now with the case open i cant refund him because its saying ebay is taking care of everything because i used simple delivery. Does anyone know how long the process takes and also i have been in contact with Evri and they are saying its ebays fault because they are the main carries because i used simple delivery Even though parcel was lost in there Warehouse Hub.

With Simple Delivery eBay will refund the buyer and you keep the payment. Not sure how long it takes but you do not have to do anything else. Shouldn't be long.
