i rang ebay yesterday asking if the customer service yesterday to ask if he could help me add a Europe postage price to around 30 items via Sellers hub which had already been scheduled , under the old postage system this was easy . Firstly the guy I got had no idea how to help me, he had to talk to someone else to be told you can no longer add a different price for Europe on each listing or multiple items . This new system is a complete mess , sales are dropping , prices are falling yet they still will not do anything about . After spending around 30 minutes talking to the guy he said I had a flat rate set up for Europe which i have never done . At the end he told me he had learned something new but still was unable to help me charge a couple off listing to make the postage price to Europe more which means every listing has the same price for Europe even if it costs more to send it via royal mail . I have now discovered Royal Mail now charge different prices for different destinations in Europe yet in the old days the price was the same . I have not even discovered way not to send certain parcels to Europe . In the end I was told you can always use the GSP shipping program which lines ebay pocket because they charge the prices on the value off the item and nothing to do with the size and weight . I have several buyers who will never have parcels sent that way because off the price .
