Delivered but eBay isn't updating?

Hi all,

I have a problem: I sent off an order by Royal Mail next day Tracked delivery, and my buyer confirmed that it arrived on Tuesday, and I can see this when I enter the tracking number into the Royal Mail website; it is registered as delivered. However, when I check the delivery status of this item on eBay, it's not even registered as 'Posted to buyer'. Does anyone have any idea how I can correct it? I have tried re-entering the tracking, but that does not help.

You cannot,  eBay's tracking is notoriously slow to update,  nothing you can do to improve this.

Should a buyer open a case for item not received, having tracking that has shown delivery ,will win you any of those cases.

It shouldn't affect the release of payouts as this changed recently,  and this is how it's released now.

From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months

A bit annoying as my funds are still pending - awaiting delivery. I shall be patient lol.
