I have recently restarted listing items to sell after a long break from Ebay and finding the whole process complicated and stressful. There are many things that have changed for the worst but will stick to my reason for posting....when creating listings it has been fairly straight forward until i come to the postage options which is a struggle to select my always preferred option of charging extra for postage and physically paying at the post office for delivery. Sometimes my preferred option is nowhere to be seen and i have to refresh everything and start again then sometimes when i do select my preferred option it reverts back again.....anyway i thought that i managed to list all with my preferred option until viewed the order details of my last sale....i sold a book for 4.50 and quoted 2.70 postage now in the order details Ebay have actually deducted 2.25 postage and left me with the flat 4.50 for the book ??? im assuming it's some pre postage payment thing but how has this been overridden and what do i do now ??? please help
