Changing courier after purchase

Hi there, My buyer has chosen evri as a postage method but evri is charging me £5.40 for a postage label when the buyer has paid me around £2.40.

We are both happy for me to send the item via Royal Mail.

How do I adjust the sale so that I don't pay the evri fee?

Thanks

"How do I adjust the sale so that I don't pay the evri fee?"

Buy the postage at the P.O. and then enter tracking number against the item at your end.

Given that you do not appear to be able to see an option to add the tracking number manually the next best option would be to contact your buyer via eBay Messages and include the tracking number in the message when you confirm which of Royal Mail's postage options you used to despatch the item with.
