I have just sold an item and I notice that the buyer has paid a higher postage then it should be, I do not know if this was my error or simple dleivery.
He has over paid by a couple of pounds as I do not want to inconvenience the buyer by cancelling and relisting with the correct postage is it best just to refund the difference to avoid any issues and take the loss?
First time this has happened and I do not want to upset the buyer and I want to be as honest as possible.
Opinions please.

I would send the item first just in case there are any problems with the ebay label. If it goes through OK and buyer did pay too much then refund the difference.

Has the buyer paid the postage on the listing?
If so they have not overpaid.
It looks like your items mostly have £3.38 postage to be paid by the buyer.

Yes he has paid the postage

But my concern is that he has paid for a 10kg parcel and the weight is only about 2kg and the buyer may cause issues once received and realises that he has overpaid.

Ebay's charges under Simple Delivery are not the same as you would pay RM. The buyer accepted the price when they paid.
