Altering postage area for sold item

Have sold a item for uk postage but the buyer is in guernsey,happy to send but he isnt being allowed to pay for item

That is probably because ebay have offered Evri to send the item and they charge more to the Channel Islands.    Royal Mail charge the same as UK so you could cancel the transction, opt out of Evri on here:

and then relist for the buyer to buy again.

They may be blocked-

-as Guernsey isn't part of the UK.

-if ebay treats it as part of the UK, then I'm guessing it's a Simple Delivery problem - Evri as per message 2, or RM because RM don't guarantee tracking on the island.

Was it sorted? If it's the item I think it is, you seem to have relisted it with international postage options which I think will solve it - as long as you've not blocked Guernsey.

 

I think if your Guernsey address buyer wins, the item will default to custom postage rather than simple delivery. Perhaps simple delivery won't even be an option. But who knows - perhaps you could let us know...?
