I have received an item not received claim today.
When I have checked the details the parcel has been sent to the wrong address - however it is the address parcel 2 go have but it is not my customers address on eBay.
The street name and number are identical - however the parcel should have gone to Leicester and has gone to Lincoln.
I just don't understand how I could have entered a totally different postcode that has come up with the same street name and number, but in different cities.
Parcel2go said there is nothing they can do.
Is this just a weird coincidence that they have the same street name and house number or could it be a system error?
As yet I haven't had the parcel returned to me.
Just wonder if this has happened to anyone else?
