I’ve sold both an iPhone 13 and a box of pokémon cards within the last few weeks. The tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 days for the Pokémon cards and over 14 days for the iPhone. I can’t contact Evri as their customer support is useless and they don’t email or call me back. I’ve rang Ebay and been told it’s not their problem and to contact Evri, again won’t get a response. This is silly as i’ve not had a single problem for over 9 months now and this happens in a week? Had 4 other parcels be delivered fine but these aren’t. Just wondering if i cut my losses and just take the loss of £400+ or if there’s any other ways around this.

Do you have the tracking numbers uploaded on the system - that should show you where they are ?
Evri refer you back to eBay if you purchased eBay labels and vice versa.
None seem to take accountability.

What does the tracking say on the Evri web site? This is sometimes more detailed and up-to-date than the eBay tracking. I hope you paid for extra compensation as the default on Evri is £20...

yeah both tracking numbers uploaded, and they’re still stuck on “at the parcel shop” but they’re not.

I would say you are going to have to cut your losses.
When sending items such as a phone it is the sellers responsibility to ensure you have the correct service and sufficient coverage insurance wise. A £255 phone in all honesty should never have been sent with Evri, but something such as Special Delivery which covers basic insurance of £750.
Your buyers need to open INR cases and you need to refund them. (if they haven't already) Be aware that if you do not offer the refund now then your buyers could go back to their payment providers.

this is the exact help i’m looking for. the buyer has opened a case so will refund asap. if the item returns to me (i hope) then happy days if not then insurance hopefully will reap back a bit. appreciate the help and will definitely start doing special delivery from here out!
