Red warnings have been issued due to severe weather conditions caused by Extreme Heat. These conditions may cause delivery disruptions across the UK. We are closely monitoring the situation, and will put in place seller protections once the full impact of the disruptions has been established.
Provided you’ve uploaded tracking buyers will also be notified of delivery delays due to the weather.
If you are located in the impacted areas, and find yourself unable to dispatch your orders, we recommend that you communicate with your buyers and inform them of the situation as well.
Please remember to upload tracking numbers to your transactions to allow your buyers to see where their items are. By doing this you’ll also be better protected in the event of carrier delays or if a buyer opens an Item not received case.
An update will follow later this week with postcode areas in which protections will be applied.
