payment for your items when the buyer gets delivery

So now sellers have to post out their items without any money first..thats like going shopping in your local shop ,taking the items home without paying first..wouldnt happen.

I not sure about this at all ,i can see us private sellers loosing money as more scammers saying they not got their item ,so we wont get paid !!,,i wont be selling anymore,no way i sending stuff out without the money first !

Silly idea.  Not sure who this gives more protection to the buyer as they ALWAYS get a refund regardless.  Means that sellers probably won't get their money for at least a week after a sale.  Also forces the seller to use a tracked shipping method even for low value items.
