So my question is to business sellers
has everyone had the term in posed whereby funds are not released until 3 days AFTER item has been confirmed as delivered, i have been told this now applies to all business sellers on a permanent basis
this contradicts ebays businesss payment terms:

how can it typically take 24 hours for funds to be released when ALL sales according to ebay customer service is subject to a hold of 3 days after delivery or maybe this is a term applied to some business sellers for whatever reason and ebay customer services are giving out bad info ?
