Item delivered. Still awaiting funds after 5 days

I was assured funds would be in my account Sat 1st, then Mon 3rd. Still pending. They say they're updating the data base ?

Having sold an item last week, I am now being told it can take uo to 30 days to receive my money.

Originally I was told the delay, was because of a database update. Now, it's because I'm not a frequent seller. If this was a new website, I'd assume that it was a con. Does this ring true ?
