For the first time, I want to transfer my eBay money balance (£47.50) to my bank. I thought this happened automatically, at the end of the month say, but no. So I'm trying to do it myself via this procedure:
My eBay > Summary > Selling > Payments > Click on white and blue arrow. When I click on that arrow, a window appears, but is blank - see attachment. I've tried both Chrome and Edge browsers with same end result. How do I resolve this problem, please?

Payments have to be manually withdrawn they are not automatically sent to your bank unless you leave it to accumulate in your eBay balance then after 3 months it is sent to your nominated bank, chosen for eBay's Managed Payments.... I'm presuming you have registered for this ?
It's not a straight forward process at first.
As long as there is no initial hold on your payout, that is, if you are a new or returning seller, proceed this way below.
Strangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others, so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you.
Click on Payments >> Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal, is available for you, in a big blue banner.
Click on the > arrow, top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.
Your eBay balance will show at the top, click on withdraw bottom right.
On the pop up screen which appears, at the top, there's a large, bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it. There, you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Withdraw £*** Now click on this.
A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way. Click on this and then on Done.
Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times, as to when you are able to withdraw the money. Some banks are faster than others.

Hi enzo-evo, thanks for your post.
I was checking there to see if there was a technical issue prevent sellers from withdrawing their funds, but everything seems to be ok. Could you please try clearing the caches and cookies of your browser, and then try again? When you click on the arrow to withdraw your funds, you will see your balance, and a blue button at the bottom right corner of the pop up window that should let you withdraw your funds.
If this doesn't work, please let me know, and I'll take a further look for you no problem.
Thank you,
Marco

Hello Marco,
I'd forgotten about this problem. I just tried again, firstly without clearing cashes/cookies, and it worked this time! So money transferred. Thanks for taking an interest and trying to help. Thanks to tressygirl too.
