Hi,
Last Saturday I cancel an order because the buyer asked it.
I refunded the money, but unfortunately ebay took the amount two times this morning.
What can I do to get back my money?
I'm happy to refund once because that is OK, but not two times.
Is there anybody who can help me to sort this out?
Regards
Denes

No idea, if a case was opened, how a refund can be made twice, so access to your account is needed, which we do not have here.
You need to contact eBay Customer Service who do have that access, and can see exactly what has happened, and if necessary refund any over payment.
Lines are currently closed but reopen in under an hour at 8 a.m. Contact them then, first thing, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
To contact Customer Services the quickest way is through this link below.
You can select a Live Chat or a Call Back option is available when the lines are not busy.

The same thing is happening to me. They are trying to take another £207.99 from my account for a refund I made a week ago.

I don't have a solution to this but I really cannot help but wonder if it's something to do with the new eBay balance which is being introduced today - if recently-processed refunds have been transferred to a seller's eBay balance incorrectly they may well have been reset as 'process refund' rather than either not transferred at all or transferred as 'refund processed'. That would certainly explain why refunds have been processed twice.
Having written all that, though, I see that the refund about which you are posting, dainesh2012, dates from the end of June, so something clearly isn't right. What to do? Two things spring to mind:
1. Call eBay Customer Services, as suggested by @tressygirl and/or
2. Call your bank/payment provider and dispute the second transaction.
Somehow I think there'll be a lot more posts of a similar nature in the coming days...
Good luck.
