I have sold an item…postage Tracked 48 - it’s delivered Friday…
go to payouts… on hold till 13th April BUT showing as not posted. Big blue button POST NOW
OK… look at the order … Tracking clearly showing as DELIVERED
No dispute opened… as far as I’m aware everything fine
Problem is a) I can’t access funds (ok not huge amount £12). b) on the 13th it will probably STILL show as not posted and all hell will be unleashed… god knows what sanctions will go on my account that will have to sort out! Buyer probably refunded!!!
The rep I spoke to kept saying they can’t manually release funds… but as I said.. the problem is that the tracking hasn’t uploaded to Payments… what about other items I sell…
I’ve been selling on several IDs for over 24 years… no neg feedback… private seller de-junking… totally frustrated!!!
after one hour just cut me off… this is a glitch at there end but they can’t see that!!!
