Seller refused to refund me and is accusing me of selling online

This seller, has failed to process a refund promptly and provide a return postal code

Additionally, they are making baseless accusations regarding me selling the products online

Could they please provide any substantiating evidence to support their claims?

You need to escalate the case to eBay to deal with.

Seller refused to refund me and is accusing me of selling online

You need to open a case to get a return and refund

 

Do not return items without opening a case

 

if you have already opened a case, you must escalte the case to get a refund by selecting "ask eBay to step in" or you won't be refunded

 

The seller has 4 days from the date they receive the item back to refund you so click the escalate option now
