Refund

I gave not received a refund from seller and cannot get aresponse from ebay to my queries.

Can anyone offer advice on how ro proceed or suggest how to contact ebay.

Do you mean you received a refund from a seller, but cannot see it?

Once eBay notify you the refund is made,  being processed,  then it's not instantly returned to you,  and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card?  Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment?  This takes the longest,  up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.

If you still wish to contact eBay Customer Services, their lines are currently closed but reopen at 8 a.m. today.

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks for your response tressygirl.  It was a paypal transaction and I havent received the refund, nor a response.

Did you pay with Paypal funds,  or with a credit card there?  If the latter it can take several weeks for it to go back to your card account.

Your refund is being processed if eBay sent you a message to confirm this.

No harm contacting CS at 8 a.m. they'll be able to confirm this for you.
