This concerns me as on many occasion a buyer has never bothered to confirm they have received the item or left feedback. I normally post via my local post office with tracking, but as you know things still get delivered to wrong address. Is it the buyers responsibility to inform ebay they have received the item, or if I add my tracking information and it states delivered is that sufficient for me to then receive payment
