Pending payment

Why can I not withdraw my payments when the buyer has received my order and left me feedback ? Posted one on 28th Feb. 48hr delivery , buyer got it within 48hrs, notified me as did Royal Mail , but still have had no payment . This is almost like stealing !!

Hi mrspins, thanks for your post.

If the item was delivered, there is tracking to confirm delivery, and it's been more than 48 hours, you should be able to withdraw your funds. With this one here, you mean the option to withdraw is not there (payouts are now initiated by sellers), or that the funds are still being held?

The order was delivered ,tracked , by Royal Mail , 48hrs after posting on 28th Feb . I was notified by RM and buyer left feed back to let me know they had received it . I am still waiting for you to to release payment …..it is still down as pending .
