Payments on hold

I sold 2 items on ebay more than 10 days ago. The items were both received by the buyers last Wednesday, but I wasn't aware of the new rules, and I did not enter the tracking details till after the items had been delivered. Now my funds are 'pending awaiting delivery'. 

Ive tried getting help several times through the ebay automated assistant, but with no joy.

Can anyone help please?

Without tracking payments are released after 14 days.

We cant help can only tell you what's happened but i think you already know.

Funds will be on hold until either tracking updates or 14 days beyond the last delivery day.

If you sent via 2nd class or equivalent you should be not far of that so fund should release from pending soon and become available.

I've managed to speak to someone via the call back, hopefully it will be
resolved soon.
