Payments on hold

Hi buyer opened a item not received case but received the item days ago I uploaded tracking but they won't close case.

Ebay have all my payments on hold even from other transactions.

Why don't ebay close the case when tracking confirms delivery.

Unfortunately,  it sometimes is not instantly closed,  a recent one of mine took a number of days to close, after I entered the tracking.

I believe if you enter tracking at the same time as when you mark an item as dispatched this closes a case earlier.

Just a waiting game for it to close now.

In addition to the useful advice that Tressygirl has already given you, if you have not already done so by the time you read this reply add the buyer's User ID to your Blocked Bidders List.  That way he/she will not be able to buy anything else from you in the future and cause you any further aggravation.
