How long could eBay continue holding my money and they took all my listed items down without any justification. I have sent all the documents requested and is taking them months to verify this documents. This is wickedness

We are members like yourself and have no access to your account so cannot see hat you were selling without telling us, and so cannot know the reasons why eBay removed your listings.

I have done that many times and they told me the documents submitted is under review for the pas one months

Then, I'm afraid it's a waiting game. Unfortunately, some accounts do take longer to verify than others.
Give it some more time, annoying and frustrating as it is, but if you do need to contact Customer Services again at a later date, then use the link above I provided , and as I suggested, only contact very first thing on a weekday at 8 a.m. lines open then, and there's more chance to speak to Dublin.

Your listings were removed as they were against eBay policy,you cannot sell used perfumes including partially filled bottles on eBay.

I've just checked for you, and it looks like the restriction in question was removed.
If you are still seeing payments being held, they will start being released progressively.

I've just had this exact issue with no real reason or resolution.
Positive feedback, no complaints and customer returning to purchase but I seem to be in violation of something I know not what.

There isn't a way for you to know the status of other accounts, please note that just because the funds of certain accounts are being held, your account is experiencing the same concerns. If you go to your payments section, you can see the reason of your payment holds and how to resolve it or when it will be released. For example, sometimes it can be confirmation of delivery, a filed case, safety checks, restrictions, etc. For further information, you can click here.
