Anyone know what’s going on with customer services. Keep trying to chat with them but keeps saying something went wrong. Also what’s the deal with payment on hold.
spoke to them yesterday as had a payment on hold that said available in my eBay balance the 16th but nothing released, agent told me no problem would be released by end of day but still nothing this morning, still saying available the 16th.
