Payment on hold

Payouts from sales are placed on hold until a case has finalised and closed,  then funds are not always immediately released.

Leave it another few working days,  and if the money is still not relased contact eBay Customer Services,  as there may be some other requirement / verification you need to provide.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

 https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

Payment on hold

Hi wimruysch301263, thanks for your post.

It could take up to 48 hours from the time a refund is issued and a case is closed for funds to be released. If after that you still see the funds being held, the funds might be related to a different transaction or the case might still be open. If none of this is the case, you can try contacting us the way tressygirl suggested. 👍

Thank you,

Marco
