Payment method

I've just placed a order , and have PayPal as set preference for payment but it's taken it out of my bank account anyone know why

It looks like it defaulted at eBay checkout.  This happened to me once it jumped to PP, but luckily I saw it in time and switched back to my preferred payment method.

Worth double checking at eBay checkout before you press that final ' Pay'  that your method of payment is correct,  and your delivery  address is also correct.

If you confirm the item number, I can take a look for you to see what payment method was used just to confirm. However, unless you had an available balance in your PayPal account, your PayPal account is linked to your debit/credit card, or your bank account, so while you'd pay with your PayPal account, PayPal will eventually charge your card or bank for the amount of the purchase.
