Buyer said he received the item 3/4 days ago but it still says awaiting delivery on the app and I have not been paid, very confusing, help and extra information would be ideal.
There is currently an issue with tracking not updating on ebay which they say they are working on. In the meantime if the tracking on the courier's website is showing delivered you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid Or if you can wait the money will be released anyway after 14 days.
