Not paying out sellers funds

Sold my item on 7th February paid   Tracking number provided. Parcel force showing delivered 11 February photograph evidence delivery complete and positive feedback left and still my £290 has not been paid to me

I’m not sure if this is allowed to keep someone’s money in this way

Not paying out sellers funds

Mine is the same. My items are always delivered tracked, which should be released after 2 days. My items delivered and confirmed on the 12th feb. Nearly a week later I'm still waiting. What's going on!?

Not paying out sellers funds

Contact customer services and explain the situation to them ,I had a similar problem once and when I spoke to a customer service rep they got it sorted and my money was paid with in minutes ,it has probably been a glitch in ebays systems ,but definitely worth making customer services aware ,they will look into it for you there and then .

Not paying out sellers funds

Not happy at all with ebay's new payments system. Having to wait over 14 days for payment leaves me out of pocket due to having to pay postage fees in advance. I am not sure if it is even legal to do this. In the early days when Paypal was used at least you had the option to withdraw your money at any time. Ebay have introduced this new system so that they can make money even though there are no selling fees. They obviously realised that offering free listings was not going to make them any money. If access to  payments continues to be restricted I will seriously consider leaving Ebay.

Not paying out sellers funds

eBay recently announced that if there is no money in the Available section of your Payment Summary,  then pending funds can be used to pay for postage.

If you have tracking to show delivery and your payout is still being held longer than the two days,  we've been told to contact Customer Services,  give them the tracking showing delivery , and ask for your payout to please be released , as the 2 days have passed.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

 https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
