No Refund Happened

Hi, i got a refund notice as Return 5287297321 to be credit my Master Card on 16 March and till now nothing credit my Maser Card account .

Kindly explain what to do?

i sent a message to the seller and he confirm to return it but he didn't provide any link to return the item .

You do not "contact the seller".  If you are within 30 days you "open a case" with eBay.  They send a label and when the tracking shows received you get a refund.  

If it is returned to your credit card this may take uo to 30 days.  

If you did not use eBay's system you will have to contact your card
