No Payment following seller cancelled order

Bought an item.

 Delivered to wrong address, delivery refused.

 Item returned to seller.

 Seller recorded item and re-listed item, and told me he has canceled the order, saying eBay has my money.

I have had nothing from eBay regards this or any money back.

 Thoughts please!

It would help to know why the item was delivered to the wrong address as that could affect your ability to get a refund?

Have you opened an item not received claim ('Item hasn't arrived') with eBay yet?  If not you can do that by clicking on the link below and then selecting the item you need help with.  If the seller doesn't respond within 3 business days then you will be given the option to 'Ask eBay to step in and help'.
