Hi, I have just attempted to withdraw my funds under the new ebay payements scheme.

There is No "withdraw" button in my payment screen. I have contacted ebay customer service and they said that this is because I am using Firefox as a browser? They say it is an "outdated" browser that no one uses anymore, and that I need to use Chrome or Edge in order to withdraw MY money??

I am using the latest version of Firefox and have no problems at all anywhere else. I don't particularly want to change browsers - how can ebay stop me having MY money by forcing me to use something I don't want to do? Can anyone help? Please don't say "change browsers" - I get it - I just would like to stay with the browser I've always used without an issue before. Thank you.

Make sure you are looking in the correct place, Follow these instructions provided by @bunny--boiler :

Go to my ebay, then selling (not Seller Hub). you will see payments at the top, click that and you will see this

Click the little arrow on the right hand side as I have highlighted.

A pop up window will appear with your balance and a withdraw button.

When you click withdraw another pop up window opens and you have to manually enter the amount you would like to withdraw.

I use the firefox browser @junescollectables and it works perfectly. You do not need to change it!

Hi, Thank you but that is exactly what I did - on my screen there is no withdraw button? I can only get so far. The "Customer Service" person I spoke to at ebay also tried. He agreed and said it was because of my "outdated browser" - although I am using the latest version. I am not sure what to do next?

Thank you - I couldn't see why I should need to either, - but I can't get my money out as it stands. I think it must be yet another "glitch" with a new ebay system, but they are not having it. Firefox works absolutely fine with everything else I do, so it's a real puzzle.
