Item refund

Hi we recently sold an item and the buyer requested to cancel due to wrong address, the refund was taken from our ebay balance even though we hadn't received the funds yet, the status says the money shall return February the 3rd but we haven't received any payments. Can anybody help out please

If your buyer paid, then the funds are probably being processed or being held. However, once they clear, you will receive that payment the buyer issued, and that will compensate the refund taken from your account.
