Payouts to new sellers are often placed on hold for up to 30 days.

It looks like you have returned to selling after a long break?  Or you're a new seller ?

If so,  initial payouts are held longer,  can be up to 30 days.

Meantime, ensure items are tracked and showing delivery and to check you have registered with eBay's Managed Payments correctly.  Have you received and confirmed back 2 micro deposits?  If not,  this too can delay your payouts.

When exactly did you sell and what was the value ?.

It looks like most of your items were/are collection only so did you get 6 digit code from each buyer to confirm collection ?.

Hi, sold 28/10. Over £400. I received a message from Ebay, telling me that
the funds would be in my account 2/11 at 4pm. Then I got a message saying
there was a delay because of database update. Now I'm not believing
anything. It feels wrong.
