Graduated from FAD?

Hi, I'm not sure what this is or why it popped up, as soon as I click the more info link in the ebay app it just says page cannot be displayed? 

Could anyone shed some light on what this means please?

I've not seen it and know nothing about it - other than web searching the message brings up a comment on a different platform which says the below. I would ignore it, if I got it.

I note that the 'Learn More' link tries to go to an example.com address. This domain isn't supposed to be used for any production purposes so almost definitely a premature release of a feature still in development.

I decided to give ebay a call about this, apparently it means after August 8th FAD (Funds after delivery) will no longer be a thing (I guess unless you mess things up) funds will be available in your my ebay funds upto 24 hours after payment is made, no more having to wait for delivery + 2 days.
