Goods delivered & signed for (tracking information uploaded) but my payment is on hold?

These new Ebay seller rules are just not logical at all.

Over a week ago I sent a parcel to a customer & immediately uploaded the tracking information, the package has since been signed for/delivered 5+ days ago but my payment is on hold for another week as the Ebay seller section keeps saying  'Awaiting confirmation' in the delivered section?! Why isn't Ebay acknowledging the tracking details I uploaded and ultimately holding my payment of £100+

Is this an attempt to make us use their postage systems/labels and holding our money for longer making them even more interest in sales funds?!

Is there anyway I can get this sorted, as by rights, the money should now be with me as it's 2+ days since the item was delivered.

This is really frustrating.
