Ebay won't let me withdraw my funds

I sold my first item almost 2 months ago but ebay still hasn't let me withdraw my profit from the sales. It's been over 30 days but the withdraw button in my payouts tab is still greyed out, and they're saying my funds are on hold but won't tell me exactly why. The seller support is so bad. I can only talk to the automated bot to ask questions which is useless. Please is there anybody who can help me with this or help me talk to a real life ebay support team member.

Ebay won't let me withdraw my funds

First have you fully and correctly registered with eBay's managed Payments?

See here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and perhaps you are missing presenting some documentation they will tell you if this is the case or the steps you need to follow now.

Contact them this way.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
