Ebay payment

Evening,

Hope someone can tell me whats happening with my ebay payments. I sold an item which they received today. When I've checked the order it stated my funds are available but all I have is £4.17 when I should of got £16.62.

I have checked what I have earned from the sale with the deductions and says I should of got £16.62. So I'm very confused why I only got £4.17? Where has the other £12.45 gone too?

Is it still in your ebay account? I had this confusion. If you don't ask for the money your balance is transferred to your bank account once every three months.

Yeah it is, after having a further look into it, as I've sent other items too I think the postal label i did for them has been deducted from the sale of that 1 item.

Hi daro-1761, thanks for your post.

I've just checked for you, and everything seems to be ok within your account. Some order might get released while others are still pending, which is why you will see your balance changing from time to time with the amount that you are able to withdraw at that time, and why sometimes you'd receive different amounts to the ones you were expecting. 

If you go to your payments section, and click on all transactions, you can see all your transactions and see which ones are available already and which ones are pending and why they are still pending.
