eBay is refusing to verify my bank account.

Hello everyone 👋🏻and I apologize if this is a topic already discussed.

So after adding my bank account in order to be able to withdraw my money from my sales, eBay deposited £0.01 into my bank account but did not pull it back as they said they would.
A couple days later, they hit me back with an email saying "We're unable to verify your bank details".
And basically now they are making me add a new bank account, which I don't have. I have only this bank account and I don't get what the issue is...

eBay CS told me to check if my bank account is operational and if direct debit is enabled.
So I did, and everything with my bank is fully operational and in perfect condition.

So what now?😔

Have you set up a direct debit to Ebay?

That is the method they use to take back the micro-deposits.

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your Ebay account? - title, first name and middle initial all need to agree.
