Ebay not paying sellers

Ive tried to raise 3 x via the useless "Live Chat" today. 3 x ive had different answers. 

Item 146545960809 was delivered 2 days ago. Ebay stated id receive funds today. It was delivered in the morning. 

It still says "funds pending release" and I've not been paid. No volume of chasing has rectified this. 1 person on live chat said tomorrow was the 2nd day.... delivery was 21st so nope it's not.

Absolutely fed up with the absolute mess of just trying to be paid for my sales on here now. There's evidently a technical issue as usual thats not being owned up to!!

Can you help?! Ive still not been paid and nobody at ebay Customer Service is helping me. Just saying the payment is released and it isn't. The page in the payments section is blank. I'm losing the will to live.

I had the same ,item was delivered and buyer left feedback within minutes ,item was delivered in afternoon so ebay didn't count the next day as 1 day they made we wait 48 hours from that next day for payment . If an item is delivered on a tuesday 1 would count wednesday as 1 day  no matter what time item is delivered .4 pm to 4pm is 24 hours ,11pm to 11 pm is 24 hours ,so why can't ebay see this ,I have had this issue several times .

Hi tigger462, thanks for your patience on this.

The team in question has informed me that the funds for the order in question have been paid out already. I've just checked for you as well to make sure, and you can see a payout yesterday with the amount of the order in question. If you go to your pending tab in your payments section, you will also see that the order in question is not showing as pending or anything like that.

Payment issues are becoming too frequent. 

Today. Funds in balance. Try to withdraw "sorry there is an error". So yet again, ebay are withholding my funds! 

This needs sorting ASAP otherwise I will cease to sell on ebay anymore.

They told me the technical team are working on a glitch and to wait 24 hours and check payments then. Funny how it is a glitch that favours ebay!

I've just checked there, and I can see a payout was initiated by you today and sent to your bank account early this morning. If you are seeing an error, could you please take a screenshot of it and upload it here, so we can take a further look?

I've sold a bike. Posted it on Thursday. Received on Friday. As the courier, which isn't integrated with eBay systems, hasn't registered the delivery ebay are saying I won't get paid for 14 days. To add insult to injury the buyer has left positive feedback. They are very happy. 

I contacted customer service and Adarsh hung up on the conversation. 

Surely a positive feedback should confirm delivery and therefore payment ?

I am now owed over £900 after posting 70+ items at my own expense. Nobody has made it clear when or if I will receive my payments...is this what happens to a GlobalTop Rated seller after 24 loyal years selling on ebay?
I am 73 years old with no pension and need my investment back to survive, its been months now.
I had to put my shop on holiday to stop more orders coming in as I can no longer afford to send them.
Really had'nt expected this cold shoulder treatment and being sent to the dog house , for a couple of INR's (later delivered)

I've made a formal complaint to the Ombudsman so I'll wait and see what they say. I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties and hope it's resolved soon.
