Randomly on ebay I wasn't able to sell and was told to contact support, when contacting support for some odd reason they cant disclose the reasons of my suspesion which is odd when its my account.
And when I asked what is going to happen to the current order i already sent out. I was simply told "any funds not already paid out will be retained by eBay as required by law."
First off what law is this!? and quite frankly this is very infuriating..
can anyone help me with this

Customer Support will not discuss the reasons for suspension with you.
Your funds may be held for up to 180 days.

As has been explained eBay CS do not go into any detail of a suspension / restriction.
However, is this your first sale? It may be the simple fact that you have not registered fully or correctly with eBay's Managed Payments?
See here:
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay. Has this happened ?
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
