I'm a UK-based seller using eBay to sell products both within the UK and internationally. I know VAT rules can be different depending on where the buyer is located. I've heard that eBay sometimes collects VAT on behalf of sellers, especially for international orders. I want to make sure I'm following the right VAT rules and not over- or under-charging customers. And I'm still confused about one thing how do I accurately calculate VAT in the UK for my eBay sales, especially when dealing with both UK and overseas buyers?

The account you have posted on is registered in Pakistan. Are you intending to sell on this account or are you using another account?
To advise correctly we really need to know where the account you are using is registered, where the items you are selling are located, and what your turnover is?
The following guidance may also be of help:

Hi, thanks for your response. Yes, my account is registered in Pakistan, but I work with clients who sell on eBay UK, and I help manage their listings and sales. I came across this tool: https://calcvat.uk can you let me know if it works accurately for calculating UK VAT? Thanks!

That is just a calculator, your questions go beyond how to calculate VAT but can't be answered without a lot more information about your clients.
