Can you be paid upfront via e-bay payment methods

on a collection only item, to avoid any scam or counterfiet 

money?

eBay no longer allow cash on collection (except for vehicles) so payment has to be upfront via ebay.

Erm,no.No online payment is totally safe.A buyer can use Ebays MBG or use a hacked account.Even bank transfers are no longer 100% safe.Genuine cash is the only way now,sad as it is.
